Delia Ndlovu is a former Deloitte Africa Chair with over 30 years of global leadership experience. She has led Deloitte Africa as chair an R8 billion professional services firm during her tenure, across 16 African countries. She served on the Deloitte Global Board. As Managing Director of the Deloitte Africa Tax & Legal service line she drove strategic growth across Africa , transformed the service line to be inclusive. As Co-Founder of Petra Rock Investments, Delia invests in high-growth, scalable ventures focused on sustainability.
NDUMI MEDUPE
Ndumi Medupe is a seasoned executive and non-executive director with over 28 years of leadership and board experience. She is a turnaround strategist and risk expert, who has chaired audit, risk, and ethics committees across a range of industries. As Co- Founder of Petra Rock Investments, Ndumi leverages her expertise in business growth, and disruptive innovation..
Phinda Vilakazi
Phinda Vilakazi is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience in oil and gas, refining, manufacturing, and renewable energy. He has led multi-disciplinary and talent development teams across West Africa, the Middle East, and Mozambique. A member of the IoDSA, Phinda holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from UCT and an MBA from GIBS, with executive training from IMD, Switzerland.
Professor Maurice Radebe
Professor Maurice Radebe is a distinguished global business leader with extensive executive experience in the energy sector. He has held senior leadership roles at Shell, Exel Petroleum, and Sasol Oil, where he was the Executive Vice President of the global energy business. Founder of the Unleashing Leadership Potential Foundation, Professor Radebe holds an MBA from Wits and has completed executive training at Harvard.
